Originally part of the Middle-Eastern cuisine, hummus earned a deserved distinction as a delicious appetizer throughout the world.

In our quest to bring the best tastes from Mediterranean ingredients and Eastern-European sunflower, we introduced the "Floreli Sunflower Seed Humus", with focus on food safety and quality, to add to the locally available healthy selection of hummus and vegetable spreads.

Since 2013, we manufacture the Floreli Sunflower Seed Humus locally in Austin, TX, with ingredients as organic sunflower seed kernels, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and spices.
